Local Pickup (Tempe Warehouse)

Pickup is available during business hours at our Tempe warehouse.

When your order is ready, you’ll receive a notification with pickup instructions.
Bring a suitable vehicle and cargo straps for safe transport.

Local Delivery – Phoenix Metro

We offer delivery within approx. 75 miles of Tempe.

Delivery includes:

• Curbside or driveway placement

• Affordable flat-rate or mileage-based fees

• Scheduling within normal business hours

NOTE: Delivery does not include inside placement unless approved in advance.

Commercial & Contractor Delivery

We deliver directly to job sites, warehouses, and contractor shops.
Customer must ensure a safe drop location and someone available to receive materials.

Processing Times

Most in-stock flooring orders are processed within 24–48 hours.
Special orders vary based on manufacturer turnaround.

Damaged or Defective Deliveries

If materials arrive damaged:

• Document with photos before unloading

• Contact us within 24–48 hours

• We will review and replace damaged items as needed
