All Flooring Sales Are Final

Because we operate as a wholesale flooring warehouse, all sales of flooring materials — including Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP), Glue-Down Vinyl, Commercial Vinyl Plank, Tile, and Clearance Items — are final.

However:

Defective or Damaged Material

If you receive flooring that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will gladly exchange or replace the affected materials.
To request a review:

• Contact us within 48 hours of pickup or delivery

• Include photos and your order number

• Materials must be unused and in original condition

We stand behind our products and will make sure you receive the correct, high-quality flooring you ordered.

No Returns on Installed or Cut Material

Once the flooring has been installed, cut, altered, or has left its original packaging, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

Restocking Exceptions

On rare approved cases, a restocking fee of 25–35% may apply depending on brand and manufacturer policies. Customer is responsible for freight costs.
